Mr. Atinizian has been involved with the real estate industry for over 15 years. He handles all aspects of asset and property management, leasing and acquisition, construction management and commercial lending. His responsibilities include the professional management of various assets to meet specified investment goals for the benefit of our clients.

Ms. Atinizian, a graduate of Boston University and Suffolk Law School, provides day-to-day legal advice to upper management on a full spectrum of issues. Her responsibilities include identifying and analyzing legal issues, drafting key documents, presenting clear recommendations and assuring legal compliance in all areas of real estate.

Sema Magzelci

Senior Property Manager

Ms. Magzelci, who is a graduate of Boston University, holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). Ms. Magzelci has been in the property management field for more than 20 years. She is responsible for handling all aspects of retail and office property management, including lease administration and tenant relations.

Norayr Ayanian

Facilities and Equipment Supervisor

Mr. Ayanian, a graduate of Northeastern University, is a licensed Construction Supervisor, who handles all facilities and equipment maintenance of managed properties. He also oversees all new construction and tenant retrofit projects. He has been involved in both the real estate and construction industry for over 10 years.

Dale Watkins

Controller

Mr. Watkins, a graduate of Bentley College, handles all financial and accounting transactions and day to day financial aspects of all managed properties. Duties include preparing quarterly financial reports, debt collection, and year-end CAM calculations.
