Vast Capital Management is a full service property management company. Current properties under management range from a 30 unit residential housing complex to a 200,000 square foot shopping mall.

All managed properties have an on-call 24 hour, 7 day a week hotline, certified maintenance personnel, Certified Public Accountant, in-house counsel and are fully insured. All properties are managed with YARDI property management software. Owners of properties have 24 hour access to all information which is updated daily. On call staff is available 24 hours to assist you.
